In the framework of the partnership between the State and the regions , a Centre for Sports and Education for all has been created in Bourges (Région Centre). One of its missions is to implement training courses in the non profit sector in the field of youth and sports but also any associative field (culture, environment, health...).
Precising the necessary conditions for the implementation of a national training body for executive managers in the non profit sector and appreciating the chances and legitimacy of such a project in Région Centre.
Demand for training : potential public for such a training centre ;
Offer in the non profit sector : national bodies responsible for training in the voluntary sector ;
Assets for National Training Centre in Région Centre : regional existing network (DRJS, Conseil régional, CRAJEP, CROS …)
Missions to fulfil by the National Training Centre : resources center, training centre (programme) , meeting centre (colloquiums, conferences…), validation centre (for voluntary experience in a professional perspective…)
Required resources for such a project : human resources (profile, status), technical ressources (material, rooms) and financial resources (budget for three years)
Analysis of the offer and demand for training in the non profit sector : programmes proposed , public targeted and organisers of such training courses ;
Legitimacy of a National Training Centre in Région Centre : assets and weak points ;
Missions devoted to a National training Centre for executive managers in the non profit sector : resources centre, training programme …
Expected budget for such a project.
